§ 003 / Procedure
- 01Brief IntakeYou describe the garment, the use case, the customer. We respond with feasibility, lead time, and pricing within 48 hours.
- 02Design + Tech PackDesigners draft the pattern, fabric, hardware, and finishing spec. You approve before we cut anything. Tech pack is yours regardless of whether you proceed.
- 03SampleFirst sample produced and shipped. You revise. We iterate. Fit and finish are signed off before any production batch is cut.
- 04ProductionFive pieces or more. Cut, make, finish, label, package to your spec. Most batches deliver in 4–6 weeks from sample sign-off.
- 05DeliveryPieces ship to you, or to your customers if dropship is enabled. Reorders skip design and sampling fees.
